The New Sun …

There is a mystic triangle across the horoscope of the December 30 New Sun setting in NYC with the asteroids Quoaor and Pholus in exact conjunction.

…is the New Moon in Capricorn after the Winter Solstice.

This year, the New Sun comes before the New Year.

This gives some downtime to focus on our goals for the new turn of the Sun around the zodiac. This year’s New Sun is extra powerful because Quaoar, the Native American creation deity is conjunct Pholus, entrusted with the sacred elixir.

The Winter Solstice has been extra powerful since the alignment of the Sun with the Galactic Center (in 1998 or 2012, depending on the source). This year is particularly powerful because the asteroid Vesta is transiting this part of the heavens, streaming galactic energy to the bodies of earthlings.

I’m still in Maya country, so I will go with 2012 as the Galactic opening for humanity.
